When I move out and buy my first house, I'm not sure if I'll do much landscaping. I want to be sure that where I'm living is the place I'll be staying before I spiff it up. =3

Even if you do landscaping and decide to move, the landscaping will add a lot of value to your home. You might get more than what you paid for. :3

It was fun painting our house a few years back. :XD The entire family was in on it and we saved a TON of money by doing it ourselves. Though while I'm gone on my mission my parents will probably paint over my room. >_> (it has red walls that actually look quite nice, but they want it beige. Boring. Old. Beige. T_T)
