I KNOW, i totally suck!!
If you'll recall I was seeing a boy online. It didn't work out... mainly because I met someone too good to pass up in real life. Like... met him one day. Hung out for a couple hours a couple weeks afterward.... have been inseperable ever since.
We moved in together after 3 months of dating, adopted our kitten daughter, and have a little pretend family... until we can start a real one!
I have switched jobs a couple times... and real life has just kept me busy! Everuthing has slowed down to a more tolerable pace once again, so here I be!!

I guess I can only really justify that whole.... thing.... to myself by telling myself I was overworked, and too tired to go out and meet real people. He was convenient. I felt really bad about breaking his heart... he is STILL broken up about it and it was 11 months ago that I ended things.... poor kid!

I am having a bit of a layering issue with my hair and cloak... but, I'm okay with that!

I just got a new pink DS.... because I thought I broke my 3 year old black one.... and i didn't... but I found THAT out after I had already replaced it (stupid, stupid... long story too!)

My favorites so far a Chrono Trigger (best ever) Civilization, Phantom Hourglass... animal crossing when I remember to play... and Cake Mania is pretty fun.

Yeah I have Cookin Mama too... it frustrates me sometimes!
I also have Deal or No deal... my boyfriend and I sit in bed together and play it... the show is a big in-joke to us.
He has a DS too, a red one i bought him for xmas, so we play 2 player Mario in bed sometimes. fun.

OK IN A NUT SHELL WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DS (and yes i did cry)
I use my DS as an alarm clock.
I had it on my bed beside my pillow, easy to reach in the morning.
Unbeknownst to me, Uncle Jesse, my kitten, knocked the DS off the bed sometime in the night, onto the heater that is behind the bed.
The heater was on, and when I found the DS is was incredibly hot.... the back casing had small cracks all through it and it wouldn't turn on.
I cried. My faithful Black beauty was dead....
So i went out and bought the pink one... pulled it out and thought "Huh. I never did tr charging my old one"
Plugged the black one in, and it started up! It had run out of battery power the night it landed on the heater. It works FINE!!!
But now I have this new pink one, opened that I cant take back.... so I sold the black one to a co-worker for like $40.... pretty good deal if you ask me.

I dont really like my pink one..... it will grow on me i guess.

by the way how can you use your DS as an alarm? =O like i know how but mine just never works. hehe

I go and set it for the time I'd like to wake up and press x to activate it... it goes to a black screen with white numbers that count down... I close it and turn the volume up.... and it goes off when I want it to. Asuming it a) doesn't run out of battery power in the night or b) get fried by a kittenface.
I havent had many problems in the past with either of mine not going off... but just to be safe, we always set Dan's too.... or if he's not here, i'll set the alarm on my phone.

I am a failure at life too, hon.
I remember calling dan in tears (cuz this happened when he was on tour) and being like "this is why we cant have nice things. Are you mad at me?" and he was like "nonono its ok!" (he's too good)
but yeah! I've lost multiple cell phones... thank god i havent lost my ipod... but I HAVE lost a wallet once, with an uncashed paycheque and about $60 in it... OH and a $50 gift card to a llingere store. that sucked.
