Anyways! xD Yes, I'm jealous of you canadians.. You know how to plan your holidays. ):
Turkey day for me includes eating turkey sandwiches, soups, and other strange leftover dishes halfway to christmas.. And then people start bringing in their leftovers for pot-luck type lunches at school and work and things, and it's horrible! D: Then christmas, new years, and you have to run your car on ham, duck and turkey...

I loooooove the leftovers.... but its definitely better when the turkey days are spread apart a teeeeeny weeny bit more. I think it makes each meal just that much more special, you know?
But really, who can complain over a holiday? good food, friends and family... AND a day off work?

As for selling, the same thing happens to me. I will have my items listed for days and days with no interest at all. And suddenly, theres a bidding war in my thread, and people are offering left and right for every item in sight!!!
I think theres a bit of a slow-down though, with it being so close to halloween.... people are starting to hoard their gold for that, I think.
