It doesn't really bother me none. My mother hasn't seen me in a few years - so she doesn't know what I look like (to assume my weight namely means I'm pregnant). I know I haven't had sex; thus I know I'm not pregnant - it's definite. I suppose it might be disturbing for them to assume that I have had sex. And they both know I've been depressed for a long while. But eh, I don't let it get to me. They're just as screwed up as I am anyway. XD

lol x3 I suppose I would fight it harder, mostly because I hate doctors and doctor offices and such... so I would say I'd absolutely wouldn't go get checked. x3 It kind of freaks me out just to go take a drug test for new jobs... and all it is, is peeing in a cup. lol xDDD

I used to be so scared of the doctors offices. But after being there all the time, you get used to. :XD I've had my blood taken too many times to count. An IV shoved in me on various occasions. I've even had my doctor looking and feelin' up on my boobs when I had a small cyst. LOL. Though, I am pretty nervous about tomorrow. I asked for a doctor I don't normally see. Because I'll be getting a Pap Smear. I don't want someone I know looking at down there. :< Though, it's still already uncomfortable having ANYONE do it. And another disturbing thing, the doctor I'll be seeing is Dr. Head. His name is disturbing to someone that is getting their privates looked at. >___>

*snickers* What a horrible name. Yeah I don't care if I do or don't know the person, I just don't want anyone looking/feeling/doing anything down there. >.> And I hate needles. I have to pep myself up in order to get a flu shoot each year.

The needles they use to give flu shots nowadays are like...1/8th of an inch though. :XD It's just like taking blood if you're diabetic. They just push, it snaps - and it's like, "Is it over yet?" XD LOL.

Wow Jen, your parents are thinking your pregnant? I'd almost feel that's an insult. :(
Stress definitely can cause your period to go amiss. I'm sure there's other related illnesses as well.
Pap smears always tend to feel a bit weird...but after having it done 3 or 4 times I'm not too terribly nervous, just it feels strange at the time it's done. Speaking of which I have to book my colposcopy (sp?) soon after the wedding as last one I had came back abnormal. I heard that's worse than a smear as my friend who had one done said make sure to bring a pad as the aggravation will cause bleeding. :|

They've sent me to the clinic one town north, because the stupid doctor was sent to the ER. Today just fricken sucks, seriously. I don't even want to go to the stupid family reunion tomorrow. I'll be driving three stupid teenagers that will just be loud and have the music of full blast in MY car. This week sucks. ;(

Isn't that when you tell them that driver has control over the stereo? My mom use to do that and forced me to listen to country in the car. Now I seriously can't stand listening to it! It has this undeniable cringe factor associated with it!

They don't give a crap. But ya know - I will just kick their ass out of my car if they start shit. I've done it to my sister Elizabeth before, in the dead of winter. Even if 70 miles away from home, I'll do it again to all three of them.
Well, I got back to the clinic and they took a urine sample. They also took a blood sample to test TSH They say they think something is wrong with my thyroid. After that some idiot came in with a laptop and started asking me stupid questions. Which ended with him telling me that I suffer from depression. Now I'm on this crap called Lexapro.

Yeah - I went online and looked up the syptoms of Thyroid problems. I have ALL of the symptoms. :( Every single last one of them. I heard I have my mother to blame for that. It's hereditery. I'll chew her ass out at the family reunion, haha.
I don't mind being on pills for my depression. I want to get better.

Well hopefully they'll get you sorted so your life will get back to 'normal'. ('Normal' being a relative term!)
I'm really wanting to come off my medicine if I can help it. As soon as I talk to the doctor I want to see if I can ween myself off it and maybe switch to something else as I don't feel it's helping much anymore with any of my symptoms. Might be that part of the reason is I've finally gotten over a huge hump in my life and I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, which helps.
I think the weather does play a role in my moods though. I seem to be crankier when the weather is crap...

I hear it's a bit difficult to stop taking medication if you've been dependant on it for a little while. Now sure how long you've been taking what you're taking. Good luck though. Sometimes it's better to just try other medication if something else isn't working anymore.
I think the weather sometimes plays a role. Sometimes I like it sunny, sometimes the sunny warm weather pisses me off. and vice versa. ...another symptom of thyroid problems - aggitation/angryness. I've been feelin' it. In fact, it's been feelin' all up and around me. I feel so damn bi-polar sometimes. Though my happiness isn't at peak; it's more neatral.
That reminds me, few months ago I was on Facebook and became a fan of Celery (it's good!). Anyway, today after all possible things could get me down - I noticed on my home page that "Celery" wrote, "Celery is a fan of Jennifer Clegg! Yes, Jennifer Clegg, Celery is a fan of you!" ...that made my day so much better. XD

Uggh I just accidentally deleted everything I typed out cause Aaron wanted me to check out the pokedex on Serebii and I accidentally x-ed out of Menewsha instead of Serebii. Darn it!
Anyways that's almost creepy that Celery knows your name. :P (I know it's some sort of script, but still...!)
Yah I've been on this same medication for like 4 years and I know it will be a pain coming off. I weened myself down to 75mg (and I repeat do not do this without a doctor's guidence) on my own but trying to alternate between 75mg and none was hell. The capsules come in 75mg as the smallest dose and I guess I should of split them but they come in capsule form so I couldn't just use a pill splitter and I didn't have any empty caps at the time...that and they were slow release so I don't know if that would of cut it either. Anyways, when my body goes into withdrawl mode it feels like I have the hangover from hell. I'm very dizzy and naucious and the only thing I'll want to do is lay in bed with the lights off and my head covered. I tried to hole myself up in my room while doing that but my parents kept on trying to intervene and eventually demanded I go back on it as I was way too irritable and moody to deal with and it was scaring them. :|

lolol, heck yes they are. ;) Of course, someone runs the Celery fan page. So they probably just chose a random person that posted on their page. Seriously, celery and I get each other - totally. Celery knew I wasn't feeling well and that I'm down in the dumps. In it's little celery heart...lol, celery hearts. XD
Well, Izumi - I hope that things work out with that. Though, I would consult a doctor from now on about it.

Awww cute!! I've done that a few times, and shaved my head twice. It sounds nuts, but it feels socially liberating. (And also the feeling of running water on the scalp is such a refreshing feeling!)
I keep my hair fairly short now as it's so thick and there's no central AC where I live and the fan and simply tying my hair back isn't as nice as just having it short. Not to mention it's less work and takes less time to dry. :P

I've shaved my head once. I don't mind it too much really. Though, I do like my hair. To be honest, I do miss my long hair. I don't really like the boyish/pixie cut on most people. But some can pull it off really well. The reason I cut mine is because I'm just completely stupid and depressed, heh. The doctor said my hair is falling out excessively anyway. What I wasn't expecting was nearly everyone to tell me that it looks really great on me! Now Elizabeth is even considering cutting her hair like mine. Everyone just seems to like it. And I kind of like it, too. I'll have to post pictures later; I got to go. Talk to you later! :)
