When you're moderator, you don't get to see the CIs and complete event plans anyway. That's strictly for the developers to know, not the moderators. At least from what I last heard. Anyway, you can still help people without being a moderator you know. That's pretty much all the moderators do. And that's why certain people are selected - because they fit the rule perfectly.

I kinda feel semi-jealous. Well a part of me. I can't deny that I wouldn't jump on the opportunity if it was presented to me. I'm dead curious of the mod boards and what they're like. Yah I understand where you come from wish -- It has the potential to feel more like a job than a hobby, and then you're kinda like meh I don't really enjoy this anymore. Plus it is really awkward when one of your friends gets in trouble. It's never a fun position to be in.

Anyways, I'm going to be trying to get on the 'No worker left behind' scheme here in our state. Apparently they'll pay for your education if you decide to want to train for some of the most needed jobs. I really want to be able to get something better paying than a customer service job. Not to mention I found I got a step 3 pin this morning, which totally crushed my world. Now I don't know if I'll be able to transfer to a new campaign in the next 90 days...I don't know if there's any exceptions to the rules. I got it for a really stupid reason too, which stung even more. :(
