Actually, a lot of the newer shows are much more educational that the shows I watched as a kid. Cartoon Network isn't a good channel though if you're looking for educational shows. My four year old sister knows more Chinese than I do! Thanks to Ni Hao Kai-Lan !

I know a bit of Spanish, a tiny tiny bit of French and some Finnish. Honestly, if I could speak any foreign language fluently, I'd choose French. My second choice would be Chinese. Not really into the Japanese hype. I could learn it quite easily too if I wanted. But I am so lazy when it comes to learning new things. It took me years to start teaching myself how to play the guitar, and I'm still not too hot at it. Lazy Jen is lazy.

Wow. That is seriously stupid.
I wouldn't doubt it with him, though. He looks like the type to do that.

I've never even seen the Love Guru, heh.
Mariska Hargitay is so beautiful, talented and SMART! She can speak FOUR different languages! English, Hungarian, French and Italian. That's just awesome for someone who's busy memorizing scripts and whatnot.
Mariska Hargitay - Biography
watchu sayin' there? :gonk: no entiendo! D<
Poet - it just seems that so many people have become interested in the Japanese culture REALLY quickly. I'm not saying it's a bad thing of course.

I am pretty amazing, aren't I? HAHA
I think Ancient Chinese culture is really amazing! It comes from watching too many documentaries.
Poet - it's hard not to notice it. All the technology, Hello Kitty stuff, art, anime, with some many people interested in that stuff, you can clearly see who is a fan and who isn't. Not that any one person is into ALL of those things. I'm just sayin'. Japan has made a pretty big name for itself.
