When we moved from the country to the city, I never went outside. Too many shootings, too many kids getting into trouble. Soooo, I just stayed home and would read, write, draw... etc etc. Now I live in a suburb, in a city of 9000 people. It's really nice and quiet, compared to the city I lived in before with almost 200k people. xD I can actually open the window and listening to the annoying birds (that start singing at 2:30 am for some odd reason) rather than annoying people/cars.

Yeah, we were having a falling out with the person who owned the house, so my dad said "screw it" and refused to mow the lawn as we were moving out. But, it was fun while it lasted.

Though, I think we could get a ticket if we had our grass that long in the suburbs. xD;

Indeed! Though, I live in a fairly small city to begin with, so it's almost like a giant suburb. If police sirens go off in the distance, then that is quite the abnormal occurrence here. 100% different than the previous city I lived in. ^^

Oooh, that's not a bad idea! I tend to have quest avatars that deal with a new CI I want, so that way I can get both an outfit and a CI I want, without feeling bad for splurging on commons that I won't use. At least if I make a quest avatar, I'll use the commons at least once. xD

But I'm lacking in commons, do to the sell back store. Soooo, I'm just making up for lost time. xD

I had no commons until I got a donation of 54 pairs of short socks, a pair of stockings, and a singlet xD;
And then I went and bought 54 Tall Socks and a skirt :3
Now my feetsies are all toasty warm and colorful XD;

I like planning things. :3 I guess it's the way I am, since... I always want to know what to expect. I'm more along the lines planning avatars now, that way I can get a different variety of commons so I can just randomly pick and choose. I can do that on Gaia, where I have an unlimited way to get commons and have a 2k inventory. Here, gold counts. xD So... yeah. >.< That probably doesn't make sense.

Gaia's inflationary and commons are dirt cheap compared to MCs -- here, it's more balanced out :3

It's funny -- I'm a planner IRL -- but not with Mene xD;
On Mene I just kinda do spur of the moment dressing and questing -- I look down my list and go "Hmm, I think I'll quest this now!"
And I can save money on here, but I can't IRL XD;

And voila! Studio 54 was born xD;
Although I think it started out with 52 and then increased to 54 hahaha

I think the commons started out expensive back in the day, though. I remember when horns of the demon were only 7k each. D: But yes, it is more balanced here. And the quality of items, even commons, is more apparent here. Mene just provides higher quality pixels. You can tell that there's actually love and time dedicated to them.

Haha, isn't it funny how that works sometimes. xD I'm more organized on the internet and computer; I have folders for different websites, and sub-folders for avatars, layouts, wishlists... xD;; But in real life, I can be extremely disorganized at times. >___<

I'm glad! There are a lot of colors that can match so well with other items, not like back then. There's actually plum colored commons! Makes me a happy Krissy. Though, it's bad for my virtual wallet. xD

Exactlyyyy -- on Gaia they're all deformed when put on the bodies. I mean, I know the avatars have very little for a neck, but putting things like the Alice in Wonderland dress up over the chin and making it look like it's eating and consuming the Avatar just shows that they threw it together and said "Eh, they'll deal. We still get our money." :(
Here, it's not really like that -- they fix it to properly fit and layer on the avatar -- which is really nice :3
