"How did you get your eyes like that?" -- The simple guide to glitches and how to use them.
I've seen a lot of people ask how to get the 'makeup' on their avatars. Hell, I was one of them a while back. So I figured - Why not make a guide for those who don't know how to do those things?
Please feel free to ask questions regarding the glitches and any related things you might think of. I will answer questions the best I can. Questions that I might not know the answer for I'll certainly look into to try to get an answer. I am very sorry for not having images up at the moment, and for the small size of this guide. I had more written, but through a computer screw-up I lost what I had written. I've also been having trouble with my photobucket, which is why there are currently no images. (I'm not going to use another image host, though I might use a Menewshan album.) Please actually read the guide before you say things such as 'I don't get it' or make observations regarding the fact that there are no bases that include eyeshadow - the whole point of this guide is to teach users to make eyeshadow and other similar face-features through exploiting glitches that can occur while making changes to your avatar. |
How do you get eyeshadow and lipstick on your avatar?
1) Change your avatar's gender to the opposite of what you want it to be. 2) Choose the skin color that you want to use as 'makeup'. (WARNING: The corpse base does not word for this trick.) 3) Select the eyes and lips that you want your avatar to have. 4) Change your avatar's gender. Bonus: If you want to have ears that are a the same color as your 'makeup', select one of the ear styles that isn't default before you use the glitch. Then your ears will be the same color as your 'makeup'! Note: Your base color will be the first one. If you change your base color from this you will lose your 'makeup'. There is currently no way (that I'm aware of) to keep the 'makeup' while using another color of base. How do I make an avatar without a face? 1) Change your avatar's gender to the opposite of what you want it to be. 2) Choose the corpse base. 3) Change your gender. Note: If you change your base you'll regain a face. This glitch only works with base one. How do you wear a female item on a male avatar?/How do you wear a male item on a female avatar? 1) Change your avatar's gender to female. 2) Equip the female item in question. 3) Change your avatar's gender back to male. How do I get a male mouth on my female avatar?/How do I get a female mouth on my male avatar? 1) Design the face you want, save for the mouth. 2) Change your avatar's gender. 3) Change the mouth to the mouth you want. 4) Change your avatar's gender back. How do I make my avatar's base invisible? You can't. This is a glitch that occurs when Assistant Administrators do something in your inventory. Only Assistant Administrators can cause this glitch. Do not PM staff members asking them to make your avatar invisible! You will be bothering them and to be honest, they have more important things to take care of than making your avatar invisible. |

OMG this is a good idea! I always wonder how one gets the eye glitches! I'm going to have to try it out!
also - is your green eye colour a glitch or is that an actually eye colour now? It would have been helpful a while ago when I had an avvie with that colour green |
None of the actual eye colors can be glitched that I'm aware of. It's eyes style number two in teal.

Hey, this is a pretty good topic for this forum! Very interesting. I'll bookmark this thread in case I need some of those other tips.
Actually I got that glitch thing with the male/female mouth by accident while I was playing around with my avi look. It's funny to get those poofy red lips on a male lol. |
Sometimes I glitch the serious female lips onto a male avatar if it's one of my more feminine male characters.

The invisible 'glitch' is a reaction when the AA/Admin access ones account and alter something. Results in the 'invisible' glitch.

Basically, you can't turn yourself invisible, only the staff can turn you invisible, and I wouldn't recommend asking them to.

It's a shame the invisible glitch is only staff-induced. I would love to be able to invisi-glitch myself. XD
By the way, do you know why they keep changing Zweres' avatar to things like bananas and ice cream and such? |
I wouldn't mind the invisi-glitch myself from time to time. XD Or even the white-block of death. XD

Darn on that! XDDD I knew that when they played around that could happen, but I didn't know that was the only way. And my guesses on Zweres- Is they want to make someone come along and eat him up? 8D? To see how delicious he truly is? To poll the amount who wish to eat him? To see if a bannana peel would look good as an avatar clothing item? |
Well, turning Zweres into a banana or ice cream isn't a 'glitch'. LOL. Jelly does it to amuse herself (and anyone else who is amused by it) and tease Zweres. XD That's all there is to it.
Also, not just any staff member can cause the invisible glitch - only AAs can. And if someone PMs me to ask to be turned invisible I'll kick them in the nads/punch them in the boobs/both if applicable. XD |
