You should probably let people know how to add any item.
:tries to help:

1. Right click on an image thumbnail in the shop -> View Image
2. Save the image to the TN folder in the MAC and name it, but take out the spaces!
3. Delete the "thumbnails/" part of the url in the address bar and go to the page.
This will give you the front image [If there's a back part of the image, you're sol :[ sorry]
4. Save the image to the Clothes folder in the MAC under the same name as the thumbnail.

Now here's the hardest part.
5. Open the items.txt in notepad [or such], and add a new line.

- The first word is your name, like earlier, only this time, put in underscores where the spaces should appear.
- The next word is what layer it's on. You have to know a little bit about layers here, or - guesstimate where it would go. Search for a similar item that would be on what you think is the same layer [such as for the tribal pants, you'd go find another pair of pants and see what the second word is...in our case, it's easily enough, "pants"].
- The third word is the two letter acronym for the shop. HG would be Hot Gossip, etc.
- The next is a one letter word for which gender it goes on. u = unisex, f = female, m = male
- The next thing you would notice is a number, this is the gold it costs.
- This next one is a weird one, hard for most to understand. And don't confuse it with the gender! "t" basically means it has a back image, and "f" means there's only the one image. * As far as back images [if you can actually find them~!], you would not need to save another thumbnail [obviously], but you would need to save it as the same name plus the word "Back" so if "Black Tribal Pants" had a back image [it doesn't, just an example], you would save the back image as "BlackTribalPantsBack"
- The next word is comprised of the various colors contained in the image. No fancy ones like eggshell or indigo. Your general ROYGBP and black, white, and brown of course. The colors are separated by spaces.

* Other important notes:
I'd usually keep the MAC application open while doing this, so I can check the layers.
Also, if you didn't notice, the items are separated by shop, but it's not necessary to put your new items in this order. You can put them at the bottom if you'd like, or you can organize it however you wish.

How do i add new CI's

Multiple pose items are tricky because you'd have to actually own the item [or get the images from someone else who owns them]. You have to equip the item, then right click the thumbnail on the "equipped items" list, and go from there.
Older CIs and EIs that are single pose, you can get the images from in the Menewshan Price Guide, and go from there.

I've been lurking and I just thought I'd say that you can get the back image by viewing the source of the shop page (Since you're not going to steal the code or anything, I think thats fine xD), finding the item name, and you'll see something like
return showAvi('string of letters','string of letters','a');
the first string of letters is the name of the front part, the second is the name of the back. To get the back image, just go to http://www.menewsha.com/images/items/string of letters.gif ^^
