Sorry, nothing really seems to flow.
Firstt, get rid of that BRIGHT GOLD neck bandana. xD; It's wayy too big of a chunk, especially since you're using gold as an accent color. I'd suggest a black neck bandana and a white cutie scarf.

Ok, I've made some changes, I added the Ayumis white bow, a red skirt and white belt, and changed the red sock that i had before, and changed the shoes to the red spiked heels and I'm still trying to work some more of the black into the avatar.

The hat is WAYY too much black.
It totally unbalances the rest of your avatar. maybe tone it down into something not so big? Maybeeeee a black top hat?

The silver laurels don't match anything.

I think the big pettycoat thing is WAY too much black as well, too much of a chucnk.
I'd suggest you pull that off, then try to incorporate black into smaller parts.
IE Glammy's waspie, black cutie neck scarf, black belt, etc.
I dunno what it looks like underneath, so I can't rate that.

The blood drippin does not match the other reds. xD;

The BANG thing is REALLY random...and you don't have enough red on your torso, so it's just really out there.

Nice layering effects, but I think since yo uhave so many frills and stuff, it looks really unbalanced.
