@Nae - About 4 years old. I bought it brand new for $699. It keeps saying "memory full" when it's not full at all - especially when i deleted everything. And i've forgotten my lock codes on the phone and when i enter my puk code it still doesn't reset them so i can format the phone. Dumb thing ... but apparently it's common for this series. So i'm just gonna buy a new one.
