Yes it is. But i actually already got the job, i'm taking time off well won't be here as much per say. Cause i'm just too busy, and then too tired to come on afterwards lol.

Ewww debt collections...I don't think I could do your job, hun. :( I'm afraid I'd get a bunch of sob stories about the economy tanking and how they're just getting by. My brother does Sprint collections and he says some days it's downright depressing.

I find my job to be aggravating in its own special way though, too. No job is 'perfect'.

@Izu - Ahh yeah that is true, it's not for everyone that's for sure lol. I have a resilience to bullshit though. If your having trouble putting food on your table, then you shouldn't go out and buy 50 inch flat screen tv's lol. And i've been on the other end of the phone and know all the sob stories off by heart. lolol.

Man I'm happy I have mine.. but they've been working us buttloads of overtime... like 16 hours this last 2 week pay period... and it's going to be that way until the end of the month at least...

I take support calls for a big console company. Everything from billing, networking, hardware, pranks (yep lots of them)...

I'd rather people call me, than vice versa. And sorry...I love yah, but make sure to blacklist my number. LOL. I owe some money too, not like you'd call the US though. No flat screen TVs here though.

Yeah i've worked for inbound call centres i have about 5 years experience in them. And i hate them xD. The last one i worked for was telecom faults. And it was soo frustrating. I just hate working on dialers, and having 1 call after the other come through with no breathing space lol. I think that's why i took a lot of time off, i just hated it lol.

Though my current job is much harder - because you deal with shitty, angry people who don't wanna pay their bills and find it hard to understand why they got late fee's etc. At least you get a bit of down time in between, and you actually get time to write notes lol.

Haha yeah, it's only NZ customers. We don't blacklist numbers, we keep hounding people - or if worse comes to worse and still nothing after several months we repossess stuff lol.

But Roachi ~ I didn't pay my bill cause cause cause... *gah* I can't think of a good reason.

Extra money is one thing... no sleep is another... I'd rather have the sleep.
