Movie/Book/Program etc: Game of Thrones Character: Khaleesi (Daenerys Targaryen) Image/Reference: Khaleesi || Khaleesi 2 Important details: Although this is somewhat of a simple cosplay, I think it's important to remember that simple is not always easy :3 Depicted is a young princess who was married off to a barbaric Khal Drogo (Khal meaning King) so that in return her brother could have an army to sail across the seas with and reclaim the throne that was stolen from their father, the Iron Throne. However, after her forced marriage to the Khal, she fell in love with him and is currently pregnant with his child. Portrayed is the point in time that she is pregnant and happy and accustomed to her new life, even going so far as to look and dress the part of a Khaleesi (meaning Queen). Also, in her new life, they are wanderers and travel all over, riding horses across the planes. They have one focal point, but that is a marketplace village and they do not stay there long. So, to express this wandering, I have her placed in a wooden meadow setting. I have also included a dragon that represents her heritage and her Kingdom. All through the Targaryen lineage, dragons have been a part of their lives, as well as a part of them. One child from each family carries on that Dragon Blood, even though the dragons themselves died out many generations ago. The Khaleesi herself has dragon blood within her, and currently has three dormant dragon eggs in her possession. I wanted to include all parts of her life within this cosplay, and this is how it turned out ^_^ |

I decided to cosplay as the Burger King (The King of Burger King). At first it wasn't easy, I didn't know where to begin. So I asked for advice and I went with it. I added a few extra items and used what reference pictures that were helpful. Since Menewsha didn't have all the items, and I couldn't afford one certain CI. I decided to use what I can. I was finally able to get the beard and now my cosplay is complete. Now I am the official King of Burger King of Menewsha. I come to you with great cheer and baring free Burger King Items. I hope I am not too late Roachi. :( I just discovered this thread was open again. ^_^; |

HAHAH Yeah I know.. I was like ahhhhh
But I can't really relate, I always did well in school - high marks, took a double major did a ton of art stuff and hung out with everyone. Pretty much everyone liked me so its hard to understand that side of things I suppose ya know? As for the arthritis my gpa had rheumatoid and its no picnic I don't think that people understand how truly debilitating the illness is. I hope that you have a great many years ahead of you before you have to deal with that. Did you enter the Parody Contest? If you haven't I think you should! I finished 1 of 2 sketches and am going to submit it later on wee. How was your weekend, did you end up doing anything fun? |

I just didn't relate and couldn't stand the people in my school~ Not much different other than you could relate to the kids in your school, I couldn't and sure in hell didn't want to~ I was fine in my own little clique of friends :P I was going to change myself and be some alcoholic drug addict just to fit in -- that's wayyy beneath me~ I'd rather shave my head bald and chop off an arm than conform - especially into that xD; Though I think we're talking about two different kinds of schools o.O; I was talking about high school, not college.... o.O; But no, you probably can't relate -- very few people can, if any ^_^; You'd have to live in my town and be in that situation to understand~ Well, you'd actually have to have my life to understand xD; There was more playing into the situation than just my interests conflicting with their interests XD; -was well off financially, but had a deadbeat father who everyone talked about- It was wonderful :P Haha Thanks~ Don't hold your breath though :P If I've developed Psoriatic over 4 years, it'll only be another 4 most likely before it develops into worse LOL I'm not holding my breath on it, so whatever -- just have to deal with it~ And no -- I just don't have time right now :( I have too much going on with work so I've been pretty busy :3 Not much time for drawing :( </3 Lol Not really~ I've been busy with work :3 Plus, I thought my Burlington appt was on Monday, so I was getting ready for that, but apparently it's Friday so that was kind of a waste haha Other than that - no - I haven't been up to much haha Just been very busy with work and such :3 You? |
I'm talking about highschool as well... though your highschool sounds very different than mine. Though there were a lot of parties and enough substance abuse to be found in any highschool I don't know of 1 person in my group of friends or aquantences that ever made it seem like you had to drink or get high to be friends with them or fit in with them.
About the drama with your family situation at school, no I didnt' have that but I was heavily bullied for many years etc... and then the vast majority of bullies in highschool all apologized and I just moved on. But yeah it skewed my view of Highschool for the first year then after that it was all sunshine and rainbows :P Guess I'm just lucky that way. As for college I'm finding that I'm having a great time with that as well. The good thing is that its a trade school so everything is graded individually and on hours. So if someone else isn't pulling their weight it in no way affects you. Unlike with you getting the shaft from those projects that will never happen to me thank goodness lol. That's a very cut and dry kind of way to look at it, but at least you fully understand yuor situation. THat's better than living in la la land for sure. UGHGHG That sucks!!! I submitted my first entry today: and I'm working on inking my second entry: Hopefully you can submit something for the next contest <3 <3 Ughgh that sucks, I hate when I get dates messed up. And just work and school right now tonights my night off so I'm probably just going to go to bed early and get a good sleep. Its been raining everyday now pretty well for about 2 weeks. So weird for our weather so I'm just enjoying that before it becomes ridiculously hot outside and unbearable |

xD We have General Education Diploma, High School Diploma, Regents Diploma, and Advanced Regents Diploma :3 I graduated with an Advanced Regents Diploma lol Yeahh - no one here apologizes for anything that happens xD; Mainly because they're always too drunk or too high to remember anything that happens anyways XD; But yeah - my dad was in Desert Storm and got really screwed up from it - I has constantly surrounded by friends up until about middle school - then they all ditched (it was when my dad started getting worse) and then they all got into drugs and partying, which further left me in the dust lol No one wants to be around a girl with a screwed up father and who won't drink or do drugs :P Hahaha Yeahh -- mine's just a private school - so I get stuck with morons who are just taking the course for distribution requirements until I get past the basics :3 Sucks, but I'm a sophomore next year so hopefully it'll be better :3 Well it's a pretty cut and dry diagnosis lol There's nothing that can be done for arthritis of any kind~ Besides, I made peace 3 years ago with my body when everything started to fall apart~ I have the body functions of a 40-50 year old -- nothing will ever change that~ Been that way since I was born lol We just thought I had grown out of it by about 2nd grade -- but it came bag thanks to my accident~ It triggered a lot of things and that was really my downfall :( Awwww!
