Ew, why do I always have to be Ryan Seacrest!?
I AM NOT COMFORTABLE BEING IN HIS CLOSET... Too much paisley. :talk2hand:
And I don't even know who Brian Dunkleman is. Sounds lame.
...P.S. Tammy Fae is dead, therefore my chintzy makeup cannot possibly do ANYTHING to her! :talk2hand:

Brian Dunkleman was the cohost the first season of American Idol. He left after that on principle. I've heard him since then on the Bob & Tom show, and he's pretty funny. Just... back to doing stand-up, which isn't usually a lucrative career.
Heh. Seacrest's closet. (Sorry. Lame, I know.)

And congrats to everyone else, truly! Everyone's was a delight to see and critique. :D
(Amp up the creativity and you're bound to get brownie points for at least attempting something, even if it's rather difficult... just sayin'... :ninja: -cough cough-)

lol, Go Faux! *waves pompoms* ^_^ On to the next round, ne? Just have to submit mine. I started putting him together the minute I saw the theme. O_o' I'm such a comic book dork. Once the idea was in my head I had to try it whether I passed the round or not. Ah well, takes the pressure off a bit. ^_^

I keep changing my mind. This (Emma Frost) is the second one I thought of. Playing with the title she had. White Queen of the Hellions.

The Hellfire Club!? ^_^ Emma scares me.... ^_^'
*attacks with her Deadpool* As an honorary X-man (in his mind) I must take you down....wait....you became an X-man later, so maybe I shouldn't....hmm....Marvel is so complicated. lol. *stops attacking and stands there looking confused*
My entry is all submitted. ^_^ I just hope the fact that he's not such a well known super doesn't count against me. O_o'

Well, Emma is a scary character, Saravi! Most of the psychic ones are, actually. They can get in your head and wipe your brain... Never mess with a telepath. XD

True, Deadpool is all too aware of what telepaths can do. He did hang out with Cable for a long while recently. ^_^ Though, Cable actually fixed DP's memory rather than wiping it. Wasn't a very nice thing to do, just the same. Deadpool has a lot of things he would no doubt prefer not to remember.
*eyes Faux's mohawk* I might can guess....is it a Marvel character? Hmm...Mohawk went poof...

In my opinion, doing a lesser-known character will actually benefit you in the long run. :)
At least to get points from me... :ninja: ... Then again, really any character is going to impress me this round. Not exactly my forte! (-cough- Cica, edumacate me on these things! :ilgetu: )
Anyway, yeah. Go for something cutting-edge, unexpected, etc.! That's my advice.
(After all, all we really need from you is a description and a reference picture. We don't need previous knowledge!)

I don't claim to be an expert on the Marvel mutants, but I at least know where to find sources of information, Facade. (*cough*Google*cough*) XD But I'd be happy to help if I can. Fill you in on characters, I mean, Facade. (The contestants are on their own.)

*nods* Well, I wrote a longish description and my reference pic is pretty good, I think. Hopefully it will be enough. If nothing else you should be able to tell I'm passionate about my character. lol. *huggles Deadpool*

Um, She-Hulk. Well, and the Fantastic Four, but Jen Walters is pretty awesome. :) (Not sure I could cosplay her here, though. No green skin.)

Yeah. The lack of green skin is quite distressing. Red would be nice too and also a black one for dark elf cosplays and such. Black skin would have made Deadpool a lot easier as well.
I used to be a huge X-books fan but I don't like the direction they took with some of the characters so it really put me off of the new stuff.

I don't know why I never quite got into the X-Books. I used to watch the X-Men cartoon when I was young, but... I don't know. The Fantastic Four was what really turned me on to the superhero genre, at least in comic book form. :) Something about the family and exploration and... Well, it's just fun. Not quite as soap-opera-like as some titles, either. It's there, definitely, but it's not always the focus. :)

lol, X-books can be very soap-ish. lol. I loved the cartoon though. ^_^ Anymore, I really like a vertigo series called Fables (and the spin-off, Jack of Fables). They have some really awesome stories and characters. I'm also fond of the Star Wars comics, especially the Knights of the Old Republic era stuff. Oh, and the Darkness is wickedly awesome. ^_^ Too bad I'm so far behind on all of them. I never got into DC so I'm a bit fuzzy on them. Marvel is a less gritty world most of the time and so I like it better. If I want gritty I'll read the paper. Deadpool is my all time favorite character though. He nudged out Gambit and Nightcrawler for the position. Those two were neck and neck for a bit there. lol.
