Oh man, I really like your outfit as is honestly. I think you could add some shoes -- the blue cutie shoes would be perfect I think. And maybe add some chickies at your feet for a splash of yellow down there. I really like that your avatar is simplistic, so I don't really want you to start adding more when it doesn't need it. XP I do wish there was some kind of blue item to go on your head, but we have very few things in that particular shade of blue. :sweat: The background from the Rainbow of Iris would probably look nice though. :D
Hmm. I think you need to add another contrasting color in this outfit. As is, it's fine but I think you're missing a good opportunity to really complete the outfit by adding another color and another layer of complexity. I think you definitely need something to cover your stomach... You could probably layer a basic tank underneath that shirt to get that covered AND add another color. Then you could bring out that color in your hair by making it the highlight shade. You're also missing an opportunity for a more interesting avatar by using that long skirt. It covers so much -- I think it'd be nice if you did a shorter green skirt, then added the new color as tights or shoes or something like that. I'm not sure if you're going for a particular theme, but those are a few suggestions for you. :yes:

Switch the doubled belt for the atlantis belt. The double belt teal color is all wrong for the atlantis colors in your kerchief and shoes. I think doing an open eye would be nice as well, perhaps in blue 1 to pull out the light blue in the shoe straps. I'd like to see some more light blue somewhere -- perhaps some long light blue gloves? Then you can do a light blue highlight on your hair. :D I'm also not sure about the bow and hairpin. Instead, maybe you could do the atlantis lotus hairpins and leave the teal doubled belt, since the hairpins have that darker teal color in it I think. :yes:

Okay.. I don't like the orange. I think it clashes a lot with the rest of the colors in the avatar. And while I admire you trying to make that skirt work with the candle flame, I just don't think that orange is the right color to add here. Instead, I think I'd just go with the light blue/red/ivory combo and stick to that. So instead of the circus skirt, why not try a teenie skirt in that ivory shade (maybe white chocolate?)? Then you can leave the blue belt and the red space skirt. And then you can change your hair to match the corset's ivory shade.

If you do want to keep the orange (and I can see more and more small orange details that indicate you put a lot of thought into using the orange), I would recommend taking off the waist bow. It makes the midsection really bulky, and I don't think it's all that necessary. I can see that you might be using it to cover the detailing on the belt, so if that's the case, why not switch that belt for a plain light blue belt? If you do decide to keep the orange, I'd switch your haircolor so that it matches a bit better. It needs to be darker/more saturated. I can pull colors for you if you want. :yes: Just let me know. I also think you should pick a hairstyle with more width/volume to balance out the bottom half a bit.


I like this one Iro! :D I do think you need to either remove the white accents from your outfit, or find a way to get some white at the bottom. Normally I'd suggest red sandals with white socks, but that's not going to go with your theme very well. :sweat: So instead, I think I'd just remove the gloves and feather ruff. You could switch the ruff for a red or black one, but I'm not sure that'd give it the same look... Hmmm... I have a hard time giving you advice on avatars because you always have a similar color scheme, and I feel like you do themed avatars more often than not. Themed avatars are hard for me to give matchy-matchy advice on, since I don't want to ruin your theme by giving you strange item combinations. :sweat: Like, the hooch doesn't match at all, but I like it as part of your avatar, so I can't really fault you on it. :XP: But it does cover some white that's badly needed at the bottom of your avatar, so my matchy-matchy self really wants you to remove it. XP
