Hi guys! I know you're all anxious to see scores up (which I have yet to see by the way). I know everyone has been really busy, which I understand because I myself have been extremely wrapped up in finals and work and such, so thanks for sticking in there while we keep waiting for scores. Hopefully Cora will have them up soon, though I expect she's a little distracted at the moment, or she would have them up already as I see Project Mene's inbox has scores from all three judges.

I just wanted to leave a little note for you all about applications for the next cycle, which I hope to have up no later than Sunday evening sometime. I'll post an announcement with the link for where and how to apply as soon as they're set up, in addition to revealing the theme for the next cycle. The only clue that I can give you, in addition to my previous deadly hint, is that the world won't even see it coming!

I hope I've intrigued you, at least a little bit and that this will give you something to mull over and distract yourself from thinking about scores until Cora can make her appearance again!

Good luck to the remaining contestants, and, to quote The Hunger Games, "may the odds be ever in your favor!" Too cheesy?

hey seiki... can i be a judge for the next round? i think i would really enjoy that and would be really good at it, as well as reliable and available.

I wouldn't mind, and I'm sure Cora would love to see you as a judge as well! Just make sure when applications go up to submit yours because I'll probably forget by then >>

Maria, I was kind of thinking about creating a "mentor" position for past winners, sort of like a Tim Gunn type position. Someone who can provide feedback or suggestions and be part of the creative process in a way that the judges can't in order to remain unbiased. Maybe you'd be interested in that? And also, you're free to follow along with the challenges as they're released, though unless you're playing the unofficial contestant card like I am, I would suggest waiting until that current challenge is over until you make your "entry" just so contestants don't feel the need to compare their entries to yet another person's WIP.
