Minimal is good. Might actually help too because I see some of the challenges producing 30+ item/pose avatars, some even more just based on the range of interpretation.

I'm quite a fan of minimal items with thought behind them,

I always think I have excessive items on and then people always go, "Oh I love your avatars - you always keep them so simple yet amazing" XD I don't think it's simple but I guess I'm not as crazy as others XD

hahaha and see - in my mind - I'm going crazy XD It's funny XD This one I admit IS simplistic but some of my others I'm like "OMG TOO MUCH" XD THen I look at Seiki and ObviouslyAya and see that I don't make crazy avatars XD

Seiki and Aya are so good at what they do. I'm not even sure my brain can quite comprehend the amount of items and layering involved in some of their avatars (especially Aya's).

Actually Seri, I think some of seiki's older avatars could give aya a run for her money in the layers department.

I'd believe it. I wish I had an eye for things like that. Layering is definitely not my strong suit.

I should do an extremely layered avatar next....

Yeah, my avatars used to be completely bonkers. I won AP with this one once:



I might try and remake it sometime, just to see how many items I had on. It was probably well over 40 items/poses.

I'm not sure if you COULD recreate it to be honest with you. Since layers have been added after that was created...some things were moved because of different reasons XD

Probably not exactly, but I'll do my best. So far, everything has worked out fine.

Okay, so I think I've gotten everything. If I'm right, and this is an exact copy of my avatar, then it's 36 items, though I know I could add way more now. I'll expand on it later. Have to go and pick up mom.

I made this one once just to see how many different rare items I could fit on there.

Then I held a contest for users to guess how many there were.

I remember that! That was crazy haha!

So I think I'm done, because I just kind of gave up looking, but there are 56 visible items on my avatar. I could have thrown on more things because there are plenty of layers still available, but I figure this is good.
