I didn't quite know what you were until I checked the front page. That being said, I now know why you want the Indra's Storm. Although I would try my best to make an avatar without the item because I feel like using that item is a pretty easy way to portray a tornado. I love what you are doing so far but there definitely needs to be some movement in your avatar.

Items like the coal black saints sash that kind of moves to the side. The obsidian guardian tail also twists a bit.

Perhaps create the shape of the tornado - big up top and small at the bottom?

But this is all about natural disasters and even though you are a freeze, I feel like you look too happy and serene. A freeze CAN be peaceful, but it destroys the crops, kills animals, and ruins houses in the process.

I added the flowers and ink to show more movement. Do you think the ink is too much? Also, I made the sky green, because that's the color it sometimes turns when there is a tornado

Hurricanes are something that I get here a LOT, living in Florida and all. I feel like it should look "darker" because hurricanes are so menacing and dark. I'm not sure how to get that other than the "Fog" from the EI "YOLO! LULZ...mommy T_T" from the 2012 Halloween Event. You could try that and see if it works, if it doesn't, nevermind lol

Maybe you could add the fog from the YOLO EI from the 2012 October Event. Not sure if it would do anything for the avvie but I feel it would give it a dark and mysterious feel.
