Star can join! I'm a little behind on having the applications put up, but make sure to pay attention in the next few days for when I get those up and fill out an application so we can keep track of who is applying for the next round.

i think im going to give it a go next round if they dont have a problem finding judges. if they have trouble finding judges, ill be a judge... if i am allowed of course.
