For this challenge I made myself into a male, and it was a lot harder to come up with something decent that I liked.

I found it harder as a lady to make something. I'm still not 100% happy. I find grayscale to be very challenging. x.x
Plus to get makeup. That's a big thing for the ladies in the day. There aren't very many options there. XD

i actually had a lot of fun with it. now that you guys are making a big deal, im starting to think my outfit was less creative then i thought. oh well. it is entered and hopefully it will be enough to make it though. but ill admit im worried.

Well I turned mine in since I don't know if I'll have internet access before Friday's deadline :) I'm happy with my results at least XD

the judging wont start for a while yet though. its hard to wait so long.

You guys turn them in so early. When we used to compete we would work on them all week long.

This is also the only cycle I could remember where people didn't ask for opinions and help along the way.

i have asked for opinions. i just didnt do it here. i asked people not involved in project mene. i thought it would be unfair to ask for help here.

Definitely don't feel that you need to rush. You've been given lots of time, so make the most of it. Take a day or two to think about your entry after you make it, and go back to tweak it, if only to return it to its original state. That way you're positive that you've done the best you can do, instead of the best you could do on a Monday night when you'd had a rough day or something. Then there's no "Oh, I should've....!!!"

As far as advice, I'm sure the other contestants (and onlookers) will give you their honest opinions. As a judge, I won't really be providing any pre-judging comments as I don't think that's fair. Unless it's something very vague and non-specific. But just because the judges won't be helping doesn't mean you can't ask for someone else's opinion here.

ah, well, I know what I want.

I love spicy food. <3 I'm the only on in my family that likes it too. XD

My mom dad and sister are very typical whites, Onions & Garlic = Spicy. I'm not really sure how I got the taste for spicy. I just tried a hot pepper(I think it was a banana pepper) one day and was like... whats the big deal? and then kept looking for hotter things. Ghost peppers and habaneros are a bit much depending on season, I like Jalapinos, and banana peppers though.

But I was only able to find 1959 one. I know Mimes have been around a lot longer.

That and there were a lot of mime movies and shorts made too...
