its very interesting but you need some yellow and white on the head, assuming the hair is going to be black. just for balance. i really like the skirt layering and the leg layering. its interesting and could easily be missed.

you could do something real strange and have the hair pink, and then use the black and yellow lolita head band thing and a white hairpin.

that is beyond creepy! i love it! all the blood and the ravens.. so cool. i especially love the explosion in the back. I have no idea how you accomplished that, but it looks wicked! I will say that the very foreground seems a little bare, i am feeling the same way with my avatar... not sure what would fix that though. i used a frame, but that really wouldnt work with your avatar... so i would say leave it. its great the way it is.

By the way, The background was a layering incident that ended up looking good so I kept it [lol] Behind the house from the sunny side-up CI is the background from the tome of nightmares layered on the background from Indra's storms in case you were wondering~

wait, that explosion is always there and i never noticed it????!!!?what the waht!? no wait i read that wrong. its the lava fro the tome of nightmares. well, it looks awesome.

its very strange...i honestly am not sure what i think. the avatar is an alien so it technically matches, but the red and white verses the green and yellow is offsetting to me. the alien itself is freaky looking to be honest...and i guess i hardly ever think of aliens as freaky. its very off putting and unsettling. so if that is what you are going for, you did fabulously. as an avatar, there is nothing 'wrong' with it, great layering, interesting concept, great facial expression etc. It is just so offsetting for me that i cant say i like it.

I do. I am just waiting for inspiration and am saving for the robe you suggested. What do you think of the hair?

actually i really like it the way it is right now. just those two items and the hair really makes a difference. now you just need a head item that matches the skirt and you are all set!

no idea, why not go into the hats store and preview anything you think might work and when you find something that will, buy it. thats what i normally do.
