yeah, i am learning french. streaming 2-3 days a week. sewing and trying to get commissions where ever i can, painting and trying to sell my painting oh and working 40 hours a week. so yeah. busy. at least i dont have kids.

whenever i can't sleep it's just a constant loop of things i'm anxious about, past memories that embarrass me or still hurt, wondering why language is the way it is, wondering where the universe began and why humans evolved the way they did.... it goes on and on. @[email protected] i'm always like, why can't i just think about this in the morning?? it'll all still be there! jeez.

Sometimes I'll try to think of things for my book so I'll get tired but that just ends up keeping me up longer because I get so many ideas xD

well at least you can redirect your thoughts! better than fixating on negative stuff, although obviously being able to get to sleep would be more ideal. xD

That's just because I try to distract myself from the bad stuff. Doesn't always work, sometimes it comes back in dream form. But nothing I can do about that.

oh man, bad dreams are almost worse than staying up with bad thoughts... they leave me feeling so icky in the morning. u_u; and unless you're really good at lucid dreaming, there's not much you can do to change a bad dream when you're in it...

Yeah I've only been able to do that a few times and never when it's a bad dream.
