Halferty is my last name. It's an Irish name. You should be glad I didn't spell it the way it was originally spelled, though. That would be O'hAilbheartaigh. haha. Anyway, I'm not sure what it means, because there are a few different theories as to its origins. Some people think it comes from a word meaning "accomplished," though.

I think halferty is simple yet elegant. I like it ^.^
