Um .... I'm gonna have to go with Angel Song, and it's not because she looks particularly vicious ... but because she looks so harmless.

Well, as much as Phoebe looks like she might know some black magic, in a battle of Streisand I think Dystopia would win.

Phoebe has those evil eyes, and I don't think the innocent white Fujiwara is sporting makes her look too intimidating- even if it is sexy ;D
