My favorite thing about this avatar is the yin yang fishes. They really complete the look! You've got a disproportionate white/black ratio though, so the lightness of the top fish is throwing it off a little. I'd suggest adding something white around your torso area.

Definitely take out the headband, fangs, and fish bag.

Add teal on top of the head.

If that background is purposfully purple. I say don't change a thing.

I think that, instead of the black heart pin, you should find a small hairpin item that has teal color on it. However, I don't know if there are any, so don't change a thing unless you can find a teal pin. If there are any in candy form, that would go so perfect with your halloween theme. :P

Edit: Nevermind I just re-read your comment saying that there are no teal hair pin items so...don't change a thing.

add a white belt. it would help to balance out the white in your outfit.

I would say add some purple or whatever color that is in your neck area. To separate the blue hair and shoulder area.
It also looks like the organza is a different kind of [orange?] than the rest of the yellow-y gold color.
Maybe add some white in the feet area?

Your colours are wonderfully matched, but you seem a little cluttered. Too many colours perhaps? What happens if you take out the green?

I would layer your stockings. Some long grey and white maybe towards your foot. It just seems very top heavy to me. :/

Usuke... you are rather cluttered. I can't stare too long at it. I think it's a combo of the lighting and skeleton, lose one and I'd feel like it wasn't so manic.

I like the theme going on here with the white and red. The long black hair is too stand alone-ish I think though, so maybe a little more black should be incorporated into the outfit to pull it together.

there is a lot of white at your feet area...but I don't really see a problem with that, unless you meant for the bow to cover the gold down there... The head is the main area that needs focusing on, i think.
