what does it need? i simply just wish to make it better. its missing something i just dont know what.

The purple is quite random.
I'd say change the eyes to red, get something for the head (maybe chibi top hat) take away the purple earrings, get some red socks, maybe.

Also, if you're gonna have the rose then you should also have some green to match the leaves, if not then maybe no rose.

You have most of the red in a band around the avi's waist. Try to use short red socks and a red head item to spread it out more.

Hairpins do work quite well with this hair style.

You definatly need more red....and Green....if you choose to keep the rose. All the color is splotched in the middle and theres none (besides the random purple at the top) anywhere else.
