I just noticed that the other eye is green and the other one is blue.

It is an eye style. I cannot remember the name but its a style you can select in the "Avatar" portion of your account located on the blue bar.

Yeah, it's the dichromatic option. :D

no thts just how it is.i forget what its called but they did that on purpose.

Go to "Avatar" and then the "Eyes" tab.

There you can select the eye style you want, and then choose that eye style with "Dichromatic 1" or "Dichromatic 2."
