I would like to urge you to read the rules, and the only reason why I know you didn't read them is because if you did, you'd know that double posting is not a good thing to do.

As for the avatar maker, it's not up to date, has most of the commons since Feb.
The prices will vary a little bit, and the layering may as well.
Brair Rose is constructing an update at the moment, so a new version will be leaked in a few weeks, or months. It's still very nifty.
