Need ideas

Remove the legwarmers as a start, since they really don't match anything. The use of the sash pretty much covers your lower half yellow-wise, so I'd keep that. Add some more yellow at the top, and the hair. Add some more red if you want to keep the hair color. I believe there's a yellow bow that goes on the chest area.

Well I think you should change the hair colour, perhaps to blue? Its just you have nothing else red in your avatar and it doesn't really match in with anything. As was said above I would also remove the legwarmers as they are not really the same shade as anything else in your avatar. Or alternatively you could try to find a better belt that matches the legwarmers in colour, though I am not sure if there is one.
