I'm stuck, please help me out

I'm really liking where this avatar is going, but I need some ideas on what items might work well or better then what I already have on it currently. Yes I know that there are several different shades of blue used here, but it just kind of worked out that way and I actually like it. I would not mind getting rid of the green since it just got thrown in there because of the skirt. Ok so I played around in the DAC a little bit and came up with this version of the avatar above. I really like it, but perhaps change the eyebrows?

I like it better with the ribbons on the arms. I thought they layered under that blouse though. Either way the avatar is cute. I kind of like the coloured lips a bit more than the current lips.
