Hi guys C: So, I'm trying to pull off a cosplay of a female version of Dante from the Capcom game series Devil May Cry. The outfit itself looks pretty simple, but it's proving to be a handful :x For some reason, the black leather harness won't layer under the jacket- neither will the Gunslinger belt or the leather cincher thing. Does anyone have any advice for me? nothing seems to layer right, but I don't want to give up on this D:

That's for sure. I'm thinking I might have to scrap most of what I have and just start over.

The hair is pretty spot on, his coat is longer, tho. And you are missing weapons. You just about have it, maybe an addition or two...

I'm not sure Mene has a longer coat :x If there is one, it's very well hidden OwO
I'm trying to save up for guns, I wish they had a huge sword I could strap onto her back lol. And I really want that darned leather harness >:C It'll make it look more DMC4-ish.

Glammy's Red Coat is the right length and stylish, but it is closed up...

Yeah, I was trying to avoid the closed jackets, since Dante never has his glorious red beast closed :x

None of the capes or cloaks are quite, either, are they? I still think weapons would offset the jacket...

Mene's weapons look so awkward XD I think I'm gonna go with two guns, if I can use them right. I think I should get gloves, too.

Do they have fingerless gloves here?

I'm not sure, I still have to check accentuate.

Punked Gloves I think would fit the bill...
