Any opinions appreciated
I'm never overly confident working in blue/black.. and I'm not sure if this hair works so if you've got any feedback/constructive crits it would be much appreciated :)

I think it's the hair.
Although, I don't know what critique to give it. Otherwise, I like the balance and the colors. |
Every bone in my body has been crying out for me to just use pink XD; So the white is a definite step forward. The blue shades seem either too light or merge with the outfit and make me look like a blob :/ *ponders*

I don't know if it's my monitor or the color, but I really can't see your hair at all. That sort of takes away from the look, I think.

I really like your avatar, but I agree on there being something a little off with the hair...
How about grey hair? If the blues don't fit, and white is off, then grey would be the most fitting suggestion... Black would be too much I think... ^^ |

I like it. I think it's very pretty. Blue and black, while maybe pretty together, it doesn't stand out as much as some other colors. I think your outfit is beautiful though ^^ 10/10
