I agree with the staff thing. If only it were in different colors... maybe also some how add more white into the avi to match your pretty panties :3

I like how it matches, but red and purple together look kind of clashy sometimes. If you want them to look like they really go together, I would suggest blending the red in more with some more subtle red items or maybe even a different shade of it altogether. The way it is now, it looks like it's just a purple avatar with red earrings, a red skirt, and red shoes. It looks kind of blocky, and the skirt stands out a lot. It's the first thing you see on the avatar. I would suggest balancing it better with definitely something red and obvious on your head and on your feet. On the sections in between, try and find more harmony.

EDIT: And I didn't notice the rose until just now. It's a good addition, but it has green, and you don't have a matching green in your avatar.

It looks ok, though I am not a huge fan of the skirt or shoes. I mean, I love the shoes, because I have them, just not with what you have on. I give your avatar a 7/10.
