It cute! Though the spear thing she's holding in her left hand doesn;t really match the colors. It also makes her seem like she's holding too much stuff.

I think to match perfectly the Staff of the Heavens would fit better. But for my personal taste I'll keep the spear. :D |
Nice color choices. Maybe you could use a different hair color, a more brighter blue to match the blue in the top and pants. Other than that, it's pretty cute. I think you should go for it, if you aren't already.

It's unbalanced. There's a random spot of yellow and there's not much yellow to balance it out. The spear also doesn't match at all, as mentioned.
