I like the aqua and pink shades together, but am unsure about putting the bustier and the hat with the outfit, it kinda throws off a color scheme.

Unfortunately, the bustier is one of my favorite items, and I'm always wearing it. Not to mention, it gives me a reason to wear my Pure Love Boa. And the hat is what adds that little bit of red at the top. X3

And yes, with all the red in the bustier the hat does add that needed red at the top.

I guess most of us are use to seeing one or two color combinations instead of three or four.

Very cute! I like the fact that you have used more than the normal number of colours, yet they all seem to balance well and flow through the outfit. I'm not really liking the slightly different shade of ribbon hanging from the bunny clip, but it's only a minor problem, I think. I give you a 9/10!
