You need to read the Rules and Newbie Guide - it explains everything in there. I think there's also a 'How to Earn Gold Guide' or something like that. Also, this is really the wrong forum to ask questions like that in. Try the Information forum, you'll find the answer to pretty much anything you need to know in a thread or sticky there.
