I got this lucky ol' Staff of Healing at Jelly's Wishing Well. All you really have to do is pick a pricey item from a list, donate 50 gold to Windbag (But you have to sign a form and send it to her) And on Sunday, you get that special item you really wanted. *Hugs mah new pole*
