hm.. well that's one half explained.. the code for linking my friends name doesnt appear to work, doesnt turn it into a url, am I meant to link it personally?

Yeah. Our bill got extremely up there - so we couldn't pay it. Well, we could, but the electric company told us the wrong information. They told us if we paid some of the bill by the 28th of September by 5 PM, we wouldn't have our power turned off. My mom was okay was that - and her boyfriend even had the day off early, just so we could make it before 5 PM. However, by 9 - 10 am on the 28th, they shut us off and told us that we had to pay the day before the 28th, not on the 28th.

You're supposed to Ping them in order to "link" to them.
You ping like such, @ usernamehere ; (no spaces). Like such, HC-Gal:. :3 It explains that in the code for nominating someone. :]

Yeah, I'm not sure when I found that avatar - but I know it was from a good while ago. I didn't remember I was going to nominate her, until I was going through my avatar folder. xD I have specific folders for everyone I want nominate... So sometimes some avatars get missed by mistake. @___@
