I just want to point out that I've had imageshack delete my images in the past (multiple times) - from my actual account. It's why I no longer use them.

Also, imagur is new and it too will eventually run into these problems. Then we run into new users not wanting to nominate people because it's a "hassle" when you're using sites you aren't used to.

If I may be so bold to make a suggestion...

Admin's Pick groups all of the weeks winners into one file and saves them on an account. That way there isn't the ugly pictures of deleted images and whoever runs Admin's Pick, keeps the account updated. It takes only a few minutes to take everyone from a week, throw them on the same canvas, save and upload.

I think perhaps that would be the best solution? I understand it's already a lot of work, you may even have someone willing to save all the past pictures for you and help you out going further?

Just thought I'd add my 2 cents to help out everyone ^^;;

@randeh: sizzla did suggest i start doing that when i took over so i have been saving the winners since my 'reign' began, but all those older ones are sort of lost unless someone can throw us a bone and plug in the holes. that being said, i'd gladly take any assistance in saving all the older images but i most definitely do not have the time to do that on my own
