@ Ferra; Well I'm going for Business Administration and you have to take certain classes before you can take the big ones. I know I could've passed out of English 032 on the Compass instead of taking it this semester but I don't mind English. xDD

Yeah, I talked to my advisor. He said that I could test out of it but not for free. It's 90.00$'s to test out of the classes that Businesses really want certification on. But I don't have that kind of money to spend on that test even with my refund grant, thats all for gas and helping with bills.

Lol, isn't that always how the system works. It's technically cheaper to take the test instead of taking the class, but financial aid won't cover it.

Well it's nice to have an easy class every so often, so enjoy it while you can. :D

I have credits towards one of my history classes. However, I would have to take some exam if I did not take the class that the credit covered. I did not have the money for that exam. xD
So I am taking US History after 1867...again-ish, so i can get rid of the extra social science I needed and the exam.
But I chose the easiest professor out there for this class. xD
Not only can we get 15 points extra credit towards our final GRADE (not exam, the actual grade), we color in class! So what if it is maps. xD
So yeah, all is cool.

But I have advisors from hell. x.x

I personally like the version on the left more. :yes: But I don't mind the addition of the slippers. I just dislike the use of both that crown and the hairpin.

Yes. XD They want their moneyyyy! Well, in a way its good. Because our Ivy Tech here takes the money and fixes/adds on to the school. They're going to eventually build a Gym next to the school so their Yoga, Paloties, Weight Lifting, etc will be located at the school instead of a classroom in the Main building.

@ Crane; That and it depends on with what College you go to. Unless they have the same rules everywhere, then I don't know. xDD To test out of classes you have to take a mandatory state test that costs almost 100.00$. BUT IF YOU FAIL the test towards whatever major class you want to bypass, you won't be refunded back any money. You'll have to take the class but you can keep paying for the test until you pass. Although, I think someone would be broke by then. :lol: That's why we usually have to just go with taking the classes that we don't wanna. ;;

Oh, M i r o, I see. I think the tests for me cost about $60 - $100, and each three-credit course is about $250-$400. Incredibly cheap, being a community college.
But the test, should you pass, is less than paying for tuition, books, parking permits, activity fees, etc.

They just don't have the tests that I need. T___T
