Yeah a couple of times.
I'm 18, and I've had some people ask me if I was really 18 or if I was 16. -.-
I had to show them my id to prove it.
Most often though I get confused for being older.

Queen Alex 08-07-2008 03:06 PM

That happens a lot to me.

I may be in my late teens, but I still get treated like I'm a ten-year old.

My other friend's sister looks my age, and she's only fourteen. D:.

ANDi-CHANi 08-07-2008 03:35 PM

my aunt is like fourty-years old and she got a kiddie menu once. . .i was there --ultra weird--
yeah she's that young-looking/short

missycola 08-07-2008 03:39 PM

im just mistaken for older. and i luvv it. XD

Okiama 08-07-2008 04:26 PM

I'm 15 and I look like I'm 16 maybe 17. >_< When I was 14 and told people my age they freaked out. It's because I'm really tall though.

Eecho Xii 08-07-2008 07:29 PM

Hm nope I don't think I have ever been mistaken for younger. I've always been pretty tall so if anything people thought I was bit older now and then. xD

PinkIkumi 08-07-2008 08:04 PM

I dont have :(

QueenAish 08-07-2008 11:59 PM

I've been mistaken for being younger a lot. Once, when all the schools were dismissed early, I took the bus home. Some girls came up to me after I got off and asked if it was the elementary school bus. >< Sometimes I absolutely hate it, but sometimes I don't really mind.

moonlitesky 08-08-2008 01:15 AM

I was mistaken for a 12 year-old, I believe I was 15 at the time, but I guess it was kind of funny. But was really weird was the same year I was asked if I was eighteen. So I'm really not sure what people think (but for the most part I guess it would be younger)

butterscotch 08-08-2008 01:47 AM

Alll the time. I'm 18 but usually people think I'm 12-15.

My face is sort of young looking and I'm also really short so I guess that's the problem.

Simatar 08-08-2008 02:13 AM

heh nope. I'm in my teens and I always get told I look like I'm 20 something, though thats probably because of how I act, and how tall I am. (6ft ) and that I have a slim face.

mystic kiwi 08-08-2008 02:24 AM

People always ask me my age. Most the time I get somewhere between 16 and 18. It's annoying when people don't believe my ID is my real ID too. I've had it happen three or four times when I was trying to go to clubs. Some people need to realize that not everyone who's 24 looks like they're 24.

KarmaCatGirl 08-08-2008 02:30 AM

I'm 18, but I'm 5'1'', so if someone sees me from behind, they automatically assume that I'm 12 or something.

Klaw 08-08-2008 02:46 AM

No, reverse, actually.:P

I've been mistaken for my 43 year old mom's sister, and my dad's wife.

Either it's a complement for how young my parwnts look, or it's an insult to how I'm 5'7'' at 13.XD And I act more mature than my age, or so some people say..they should see me on the internets.>.>;

Takumi 08-08-2008 03:31 AM

Everyone who first meets me thinks I'm either a 12 year old girl or an 11 year old boy. Somewhere along those lines, I suppose. I don't act my age at all and I'm usually the one to run up and prance around Mickey Mouse when I go to Disney, I even wince every so often when people curse and snicker at things a normal kid would snicker at. I'm 5'6'' but I don't really think if I was taller anyone would think I'm a 19yr old boy, just a tall and overly excited kid. o.o;;

puppylove 08-08-2008 03:37 AM

It happened to me before, I was mistaken for a fifteen year old, but I'm almost eighteen.

flowerpuff 08-08-2008 03:40 AM

I was mistaked to be a year younger then I am but nothing really dramatic.

FlyPanda 08-08-2008 03:49 AM

i used to be very short until fourth grade >.>; so i used to be mistaken like 2-3 years younger most of the time and then i grew like ten inches in fourth to fifth grade and everyone thinks i'm in high school (when i'm still in middle school T_T)

lolbutteredtoast 08-08-2008 03:52 AM

I'm eighteen and people mistake me for like eleven lol
I'm short and really small framed so people assume I'm a child XDD

chicory.dock 08-08-2008 05:44 AM

Even though I'm not even 16, I keep getting mistaken for someone who is in their mid-twenties. T_T I'm indifferent to it now, but I'm worried that when I get to be 30, I'll look like I'm 50, or something.

My 45-year-old mom on the other hand, keeps getting called my sister. DX

Chexala 08-08-2008 05:54 AM

I'm 20, but I still get mistaken for a high schooler pretty often. Admittedly, I haven't been out of high school very long, but I do have a young looking face. I don't usually mind, especially if it means I get a reduced bus fare, but sometimes when I'm hanging out with people it can be awkward.

sychobunny 08-08-2008 05:57 AM

I'm 22, I have gotten my age guessed at 12, though a more recent one says 17.
A girl I met thought I looked about my age, but then I thought she was like 18, turned out she was 27. I felt bad, especially since I know what it's like.
