AT the beginning of summer I went on a three week exchange to Germany. Came back and had to attend summer class (not summer school...I failed nothing) a week after it started my family took a trip to Cozumel. We got back and I continued my class. The class ended yesterday and in 2 weeks I have to help with freshmen orientation and the week after....school starts. ; ^; |

I've been working, gotta get money for school.
Also I helped paint all the trim on my house and I've read a lot of books. And since my summer hasn't been exciting enough already I get to help build a shed this weekend. Yay! |
I've done a few things XD
I've been babysitting my little cousin, so I've made some money. Hung out with my snazzy friends. Gone to the movies a bunch of times. My dad got me a car. I got my driver's license. Figured out a bunch of niffty stuff on the computer. Had fun :D |

I went away to Calgary Alberta for a month and went to Edmonton and Lake Louise while I was there. I'm also currently trying to find a job (a year round one), but the only place that is hiring right now is Wal-Mart. I wish Michaels was hiring since I worked there for a few months (both weekends and week days since school is only until 3pm) during the school year but had to get laid off because they didn't have enough business to keep that much staff.

I've pretty much been working this entire summer--so not the way I wanted it. I wanted to go out and catch up with all my old high school friends after being away so long. But no, I have to be the busy one that can never make it to spontaneous events because she's ALWAYS working. ...but I'm actually not always working. I had plenty of days off, but they would always, always plan stuff just on the one day I couldn't come. >_< It wasn't done on purpose, but our schedules were always mismatched. Meh.
However, I did get to change over to waitressing. The money is much better. x3 Muwahaha. ^^ |
I have been spending my summer at school D: so no summer vacation for me. T-T Studying for tests and homework ick. Other than that, playing online games and reading manga is what I pretty much do in my spare time.

Let's see... I took a summer class online. I got a job as a camp counselor for six weeks at a local summer camp. I read quite a few books. I worked out a lot. I marched (and I currently am marching) in summer band. I hung out with my friends. I went on a few vacations. I guess I did more than that too, I just can't remember. Wow, that seems like a lot more than I actually did... |
I have been watching my cousins over the summer. Today actually my last day on the job. Now I have two weeks to sleep in and do whatever I want. Besides babysitting, I have read, played video games, and hung out with my boyfriend. It has been a pretty good summer!

So far, my summer's been pretty good. I had a job during the school year, so I've continued with that during the summer, though obviously I can take more hours now. ^__^ Other than that, it's pretty much been just me hanging around with friends. I had a boyfriend for most of the summer, so that took up some time too. [Yeah, we recently broke up but it's okay.] OH and I've been playing plenty of video games and reading lots. I'm currently spending some time with my Mom while she plays Eternal Sonata... and I'm helping her out when she gets lost as well as posting around here and hanging out on MSN. :P
So yeah. That pretty much sums up my summer. XD |

I had a temporary job proctoring math placement exams for new students at my university...and I've been trying to crash-learn Spanish so I can jump into 4th semester Spanish this fall so I can graduate college in December. A bunch of slacking off and losing my path, it hasn't been good at all, I'm too stressed out. I hate summer in general though...so I'm just being a big grump about everything.

This summer I haven't been able to do a lot and now I'm doing even less since I don't have a job thus no money. ><;
What I've been able to accomplish and going up to Iowa with my bro to hang out with some buddies we met at con last year. They're a lot of fun to be around and had interesting stuff to do while we were there. XD *racing, movies, etc* As for whatever else I've been job hunting like mad and drawing. Sometimes I got really into video games and actually defeated a couple I was suppose to a long time ago. XD *Kingdom Hearts 2 and Twighlight Princess.* My friends are so happy that they can finally talk to me about the endings and whatnot. Anyways wish summer was more fulfilling this year but not much I can do now. ><; |
Okay... Let's start with what I wanted to do this summer... I wanted to study my French and German as well as maybe... Get more excercise... Read this book my ceramics teacher gave me... Read a few books in general... Etc. etc. etc...
And now here's what I actually did this summer... I took up my old cashiering job at Tops and buried my cat after fighting a losing battle with sickness. I studied French once, and did a tiny bit with German... Writing one letter and translating one song. I did sit ups and crunches once and haven't laid eyes any any books as far as I know. |
Well... this summer was rather boring. I didn't get to find a proper job for my no-studying period. But I had lots of sex, so this is a positive fact. |

I've not done a whole lot this summer. I've been swimming in my pool, lately I've been leveling on an MMORPG and I've been on avatar sites. That's about it.. Nothing much TO do around here..
