My favorite weird food combs are Popcorn with ranch and pickles, Plain steaksauce Fritos and steak sauce, Potatoes and steaksauce Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chips and chocolate milk fries and a slushie or a wendy's frosty and many many more I don't remember |
Honestly I see way too many weird food combinations that my friends eat. Just yesterday my friend had a sandwhich with ham, butter, mayonaise, and stale, cucumber pringles. I know there are quite a few people out there who do eat things similar to this, but I find it absolutely disgusting. Though, thats probably not saying much coming from me...I used to think that peanut butter and jelly was disgusting together. I also knew this guy who was overly obsessive about his ketchup. He put it on everything. I saw him put it on macaroni, in soda, on manderine oranges, and over his pizza so that I couldn't recognize it anymore. I don't like ketchup that much...So to me that was pretty gross. And there is my rant. |
When I was little I used to eat EVERYTHING only after I'd drenched it in this vinegar-soysauce mixture thing. xDD I don't know how weird that is, but whenever I tell people I get weird looks.
Also once I didn't have anything else so I cooked this porkchop with maple syrup. It was okay I guess, but like a strange pancake And I completely agree that Frosties or Slurpees are delicious with fries ♥♥♥ |
My brother eats sliced Strawberry's on a grilled cheese sandwich with avocados, cream cheese, and grilled turkey.
It looks pretty odd, but it taste delicious. |
meh... I don't have too many that I can think of but when I go to the movie theaters at the mall where they have kettle corn I like to eat it with nacho cheese and nachos XD hmm... maybe if I can think of anything else I'll come back and add it but my memory isn't functioning right XD

I don't think that I really have a weird combination. Some people that I hang out with are disgusted that I eat fries with ketchup AND mayonnaise, but a lot of other people do that, so it's not really unique. My sister, however, loves to put the weirdest things in ramen. She will drain the juice, and but things such as barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, and other weird condiments in it. When I get close enough to smell it, I gag. And, I work around disgusting smells. It's THAT powerful.

Well my sister can't stand mushrooms. So anything I mix with mushrooms apparently to her is worse than simply mushrooms alone. As if the mushrooms taint the food. Mushrooms rule!:P
I like pussing anise seed on bananas and ice cream. I also put honey in my chicken soup. I think it really tastes good. Especially if carrots and ginger are in the mix. |
My friend likes to have Vegemite+Jam! Ergh! I know a lot of you might not have tried Vegemite, but with the sweetness of jam..
I haven't tried it yet. My other friends who've visited her house have tried it, and say it's "Not too bad". |
I can't think of any weird food combinations I eat. However, my brother grosses me out sometimes. He eats mayo, ranch dressing, or sour cream on just about everything... meat, macaroni and cheese, pizza... He puts a ton of mayo on his sandwiches.

Odd food combinations?
Do you eat odd food combinations? I do. :] I wanna see what other things people come up with (and maybe try some) I like... pretzles and koolaid (dipping my pretzles in koolaid) or mustard. Popcorn stuffed pickles (omg... yum) Italian dressing on my pizza Vinager on my pizza rolls or fries Cheese on everything and anything Italian Dressing, too. Salami and Cheez-its I don't know, I can't think of much. You try and think of as many weird combinations you eat. |
umm... ive had some odd food combination's before ive had
Italian dressing with sausage Sausage and Jelly Sandwich |
I will try anything :3 But I think the weirdest tasting thing I've had was macaroni with ketchup when I was about 6. Very weird and didn't taste that great XP
|
Hmm, one of my oddest food combinations was a pepperoni hot pocket with chocolate on top of it. I was trying to carry some chocolate cookies, the hot pocket, and a few other things. So I just put the cookies on the hot pocket and it melted the chocolate off it. xD It was so good though. I've also had raviolis with spicy chips, italian dressing, cheese, and mustard.
|
@Darkflutter: chocolate + anything =yummyinmytummy =D.
I've had sausages and ice cream before....now that was good, in a really disturbing way. My dad's given me a cheese and jelly sandwich before. It tasted...>.> interesting, to say the least. |
I've always adored dipping french fries in milkshakes. :]
I also like potato chips in ketchup. Ketchup goes with everything. <3 |
My family used to make milkshakes a lot. On the same night, we would also make popcorn, so I would dip my popcorn in the milkshake. The popcorn would go all mushy and it tasted delicious. ....Now I want a milkshake..
|
mines not really weird but some people might think it is...
i like cheese with lays sour cream and onion chips |
I enjoy dipping my french fries in barbecue sauce... well, I love dipping almost everything in barbecue sauce. Except for Ritz crackers, I always put them in Ranch dressing.
|
hey i do that too... i dip my fries in barbaque sause too
|
I think the only weird thing I've eaten is Saltines with Apple Sauce. xDD
>o>;; Put my Pocky in my Ramen one time too. Wasn't too bad. o3o For some reason, at Thanksgiving when I was like.. 5, I put ketchup on my turkey and my Grandpa thought it was weird, lol. |
Quote:
I do that with pop and popcorn. :P Except like, get a mouthful of popcorn and drink the pop. :B |
I love ketchup chips with mustard.
And tomatoes with sugar sprinkled over them is like my favourite dessert. ...any other weird combos....I like pear soup, yup, when I'm sick with a cold or sore throat, pear soup would instantly cure it for me. It's like a chinese herbal cure that doesn't taste like it died in my backyard. |
How about Salt and Vinegar chips in Mexi-ranch vegi-dip?
It's a rather surreal combo that some freinds and I came up with once sitting at the lunch table and futzing out of boredom, but it's strangely an spectacular sort of 'comfort food'. And quite tasty. It sounds very odd but the tastes don't actually clash. |
I don't have many weird food habits, but I am very fond of eating white chicken or turkey meat with ketchup. A lot less dry tasting then. I've also put ketchup on my salad once by accident, and ended up finding it tasted pretty darn good. <3
Mmmmmm.... *thinks* I've also grown accustomed to putting chips on my sandwiches. Any kind of simple delimeat sandwich I have, (say, just bread, meat, and mayo/cheese), I almost HAVE to put chips on it to eat it. It tastes so bland otherwise, and the chips give it a nice crunch. :D Not too picky on what kind of chips either, as long as they aren't any obscurely strange flavor. Potato chips, tortillas, and sun chips are all fine to me. X3 |
Twizzlers with mustard.
I don't know what caused me to try it one day, but everyone stares at me horrified when I eat them like that. xD Also, though I guess this is pretty normal, raw cauliflower and onion dip (made from onion soup mix and sour cream). Is the BESTEST. When I was younger (like 13 or 14) and PMS-ing, I'd eat chocolate covered dill pickles. >>;;; I can't do that anymore though. D; Oh yeah, and french fries with frosties. xDDD |
