What are you getting for XMas?
 

I found out that I'm getting the following swag:
IPod Touch and $50 fro ITunes from my mom,
IPhone 3G and a $100 gift certificate to Kohls. Probably a guilt present for bailing on having me for XMas.

So, what does everyone else already know that you're scoring this year?

I have no idea yet, but probably just something small, if anything. We never really do gifts on Christmas.

Oh yeah, I forgot that my uncle is getting me a Wii.

Not sure what I'm getting from anyone else. I won an M-Audio Oxygen8 midi controller from ebay though, which should be getting here in the next week or two.

At most I'm hoping for a stocking full of candy... But I'm not even sure if I will get that... The economy is so bad no one in my family can afford anything so that's all I've asked for. Though honestly, after the age of 18 you probably can't expect much on Christmas.

If money was no object Though, I would have asked for a new coat... I bought a down filled one in October, but by down I guess they meant chicken bits since it's full of sharp little feather bits that poke through the lining and scratch me. But I only paid 14.95 for it so I guess I shouldn't expect quality...

On a lighter note though, thanks to my obesssive goodwill crawling I've managed to find some cute and funny little trinkets for my family. They aren't fancy but they'e relevant to each person. Like a sock monkey for my mom since she's obsessed with them. Or a wolfman doll for my dad since his CB handle is wolfman (he's a long haul trucker)

My mom occasionally buys stuff she thinks would fit me throughout the year, and she picks a few things from her supply every time something happens. :3 Things I remember her getting:
- A puzzle with glow-in-the-dark bits
- A clock, because I don't have one in my room and I often lose track of time when I'm studying for exams
- A book with sayings and their origin, because I like to know such things

For Christmas I am getting a bass guitar the thing I have been harping on about for three years. The reason I couldn't have it three years ago is because mum didn't want to buy something expensive that I might lose interest in. But because I have been going on about it for three years mum said I have proved myself to being serious about playing and will get me one finally.

I don't really know what I'm getting....I'm hoping for a guitar *crosses fingers*:)

Heehee, I'm hoping someone gets me a new guitar as well. I could use one, since I don't really have the patience to mess with replacing the bridge. >.> It's looking like it's gonna have to wait until my credit card is paid off though.

MaryKay- Holy cupcakes! I can't even imagine that all in one Christmas o.o

I would like a Wii, but I don't see it actually happening, I don't think I've ever gotten something so expensive. If not, I'm hoping for a "how to learn guitar" tape and maybe some money for clothes . . .

my mom always goes to edmonton to do x-mas shopping, cause west ed mall is huge, and she can find tons of intersting stuff. that yah can't find where i live.

i made a list so i know i'm getting stuff like, witchblade box set ($70, the main present cause tis exspensive, also i know my mom will watch it too XD cause she saw it at animethon with me at the con and liked it o.O)

other stuff i know i'll get is naruto:cresent moon kingdom, bleach art book, some anime posters( don't know which)

i make a list of fave characters and series and tell my mom to surprise me, with whatever( keychains posters, toys etc)

and i know i'll get some pocky and lots of japanese candy.

the rest of whatever i get i don't really know, i can hardly wait.

oooh i also know what my brother got me (what my mom picked out) is some $50 harujuku purfume. my brother picks the strangest gifts saying he doesn't know what to get, years before i've gotton a spawn action figure, a movie i already had, a punching bag keychain on a slinky, etc. so now i tell him what i want XD

I asked to have a cd from Manson, Disturbed or Offspring... And I hope to receive more than only one of them !

Yeah, I've become the master at playing my parents off against each other to get pretty much anything I want within reason. They practically compete against each other to see who gets it for me first. It's one of the few perks of having parents that HATE each other, the other being that they never tell each other when I do something the other forbids me to do.

Hopefully? Books. And a corset. <3 And insence. Stuff like that. I got my family lots of presents though.

My brother is great at picking out presents for me. My parents aren't Last year my parents got me a beanie/scarf/glove set (didn't need one), a cat-a-day calender I never used and other things like that. Which is funny because I ASKED for art supplies and books. They got me none of neither. My brother however, had gotten me a Jareth Action figure thing. (Labyrinth is my FAVOURITE movie.) And this year the present he had orginally bought me was the FFVII Advent's Children movie collector's edition. Of course... I already had that, so now I think he got me a pretty knife.
I just hope my parents actually got me somthing I'll like. I love them to itty bitties, but I write a list for a reason. That's what I want.

Ohhh Corset... But my parents don't have enough cash for this...

I know I'm getting a digital camera since I killed my last one by running into a tree. Yep. That's right. My last camera died a sad, green death because I ran into a tree. Well, technically, I skied into the tree, but whatever.

I have no idea what Santa will bring me this year.
I'll only find out on the 25th.

i am geting close ,candles insence, a cd ,i got my lap top I'm geting a bag for it and a mouse for it i alsoo want a exturnal cd drive and body wash, gaia cash XD ,gaia items :)

my bf is geting a gatar , a ps3, phootoshop, gaia cash, cds , clothing, gaia items,and a bunch of other stuffs same with me

My parents hate each other, but unfortunately, my mom has no money so she has to stay until we get through college. I can't stand my dad, but my mom's job was a long time ago, and now that technology has changed so much, she's no longer qualified.
