Christmas is my number one holiday.
and 2nd favorite is New years because we throw a big party. |
I enjoy christmas alot, you get to gift and receive, not to mention all the awesome food ;)
Too bad we didn't have a white christmas for years now, it's just not the same without snow |
I stopped liking Christmas like a year ago. It's probably because my family stopped doing all the things we used to do.
Well, I like Halloween, mostly. All the nice little horror movies that come on T.V. And you get to dress up in ridiculous costumes. You also get to go around ding- dongin' people's doors and you get FREE candy. Seriously. It's Awesome! Anddd. Not to mention the haunted houses people set up in their yards! Sweeeet.. |
I love New Years. That's it. Christmas is a waste. Easter is fine, spiritually. I respect the federal holidays, Fourth of July, and those are really the only ones [here] that are actual holidays. So..whatever, overrated fake stuff that all these overly popular ones are.

What's your favorite holiday and "holiday" foods
I love all holidays but what I love about holidays most is the food me and my grandmother make.
These are just some of the many holidays I celebrate. I have alot of friends in family in all types of religons and races so I celebrate alot. O_o Not all foods have to be holiday related, I know mine arn't, which is why I put the quotes. x3 So post your favorite holidays and foods. =D I make alot for holiday meals but these are just my favorite foods in the meal. Super Bowl Sunday~ Crawfish and crab boil at great grandmothers house Valentine's Day~ heart shaped cherry/strawberry cake St. Patrick's Day~ we usually do cookies but we havnt celebrated this holiday since my great grandmother died April Fools' Day~ blood pudding Halloween~ pumpkin pie Thanksgiving~ roast (my grandparents cant eat turkey) Black Friday~ blood pudding Christmas~ crawfish rolls New Year's Eve~ crawfish and crab boil in the park:angel: |
I love ham on Christmas and Easter. It just tastes so good.
Favorite holiday, though? Halloween, and you know what that means. Candy! Also, pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving is delicious, especially with a dollop of whipped cream on top of it. |
they never want whipped cream they always want sour cream and cinnomon its really weird O_o

There is already a "What's your favorite holiday" thread, so I am merging this one with that one:)

I have 2 favourite holidays.
Halloween comes first. I don't enjoy it for the candy, but mainly for the decorating. I can't help but cover my house in everything I can find. I also love Christmas. Partly because I'm religious, and once again, because I love to decorate. It's also one of those good family holidays. |
My birthday, of course.
:P Kidding; it's New Year's. |
My two favorites are Halloween and Christmas.
Halloween because of the ghosts and spooky stuff, and christmas because people actually act nice and loving and friendly towards one another... My favorite season is spring though, because of all the blooming flowers :) |
Hmn, I think I'd agree that Christmas is my favourite holiday too! >u<
There's something about the atmosphere around the time of it, it's a very happy/peaceful feeling for sure. Although I do think most holidays are a tad too commercial in the present day, Christmas included, I still think it's a very "magic" time of the year, and I often find I get along with my family and friends best this time of year (hopefully for a little more than the chance to get presents, hehe!). It's also very nice when my family come home for Christmas, as I rarely get to see them during the year. |
