the opposite happened to me. But its not as weird when a girl gender bends opposed to a guy GB-ing. I cant blame them, the guys got all the cool hear on that site. TO BAD ITS DEAD NOW :P

I have a boy avatar on another website and I always have to tell people that I am a girl in real life. I do not think it is insulting if you think that someone is a boy because their avatar is a boy, but they are really a girl. They should maybe have a picture of themselves in their signatures or maybe even just flat out say that they are a girl in their signature if they do not want to get offended by someone.
