Absolutely there's been change, and I think it's change in the right direction.

He's already ordered the closing of Gitmo and put into place ethics rules on appointments.

Will he break some promises? Absolutely. Is he a politician? of course. Will this be the Perfect New Everything's Better World or will it be fixed in two weeks? Of course not. But he's smart, he's intelligent, he doesn't think it's his way or the highway (he actually listens to people and then decides), and so...yes. This is change I can believe in.
