I really like Euphoria.. But that name's for one of my daughters, when I have one :3.

If I could have a say, I think my name might be Francesca.. Or Alexandria or something elegant like that.

Well, my name used to make me think that my parents gave me the name Daphne to torture me when I was is grade school. My last name made my full name sound like Daffy Duck. Or kids would go Daphne, like from Scooby-Doo. So I would probably like a more Filipino last name or a Cambodian last name seeing as I'm half and half. The good thing is my name is really unique? I've never really met anybody that shares my name.

Well, seeing as I am a girl, I rather like the name Faith. However, I wouldn't mind the other spelling of it. Faythe. Uh, other than that, I saw one name that stuck with me. It was Arabic or something for "Flower". Chameli. (Ka-mel-ee)

Were I a guy, it would be a tossup between Cain and Gabriel. xD Funny that I'm so into religious names, since I'm an atheist.

I hate the name Elizabeth, which is my first name. I have always been called Liz or Lizzi by others though, and I've never really liked Liz on its own, but Lizzi is okay. I don't really like it though, it gives me a certain image of myself that I can't quite put my finger on, but that I don't like.

I've thought of many names in the past that I've wanted to be called, alas I can't remember any now. I haven't thought about it in a while. Although a month or two ago I was becoming obsessed with figuring out my children's names now, and what I'd want them to be, even though I can't have children as it stands.

When I was young I wanted to be called Ivy. I think it's a bit fantastical though. I still like it however.

I don't like my name at all XP That's why I'm glad that my papa calls me: Keary Payne, instead. Keary (tho supposed to sound like Carey he says it Keeri) means father's dark child. ^^

I used to hate my name because Stephanie is so common - it was the #6 most popular name the year i was born :gonk:

At this point I'm ok with my name and don't plan on changing it - but I'll have a new last name in October after I get married :squee:

suicidal_sal 01-28-2009 09:05 AM

Watch out! I'm so happy you're getting married! One of my bff's recently got married exactly a month ago! well, now that it's an hour after midnight... I guess it's a month and a day... What a long engagement!:O

Oh god. I despies my name.
Eww. -shivers-
I like the name Moon.( Which was supposed to be my name but my dad was all ' hell no' )

I never had my english name in my birth certificate which upsets me so if i could change my legal name, I would put the name everyone calls me, 'Ashley' into my birth cert. But if i would change it into something completely different, it might be 'Felicity', that name isn't too common in Asia and I like how cute and cheerful the name sounds ^^

Roah 01-29-2009 07:32 AM

My first name is Megan, and quite frankly I don't like it because it's plain and common. That's why I go by my middle name: Leila (lee-luh). It's Arabic for night. It's also a lot more unique than Megan. I'm pretty happy with it. Other then that, the names I really like such as Lilly and Roah are things I'll probably name my daughters some day if I have any (and yes, I'm aware Roah is not a real name).

my first name it kathryn i'd wanna change it to rebecca

shades_of_grey 01-29-2009 11:27 AM

I used to hate my first name, I'm still not that fond of it, but after so many years of life with it, it's mine and I'd feel funny without it. Everyone loves it though, they tell me it's so pretty. It's a common name, Crystal.

My middle name, not as common but I still hate it with every fiber of my being. It makes my jaw drop when people go "That's so pretty, I want to name my little girl that when I have one." Why? Do you want to torture them?

Cherish 01-29-2009 11:47 AM

I'd never change my first name, I love being Cherish!
And my last name's very rare, too... in fact I'm the only person recorded to have existed with both my first last name in any country, at any time, ever.

I might change my middle name, though... "Olivia" is a bit plain compared to my first and last name.
