What? No-brained isn't an option?

She was going counter clockwise, then I focused on her foot and read the text below the picture, and she was then going clockwise.

I don't think thats a good way to tell what part of your brain you use more...
Of course, my old psychologist said I'm a right-brain person... When I was a babe I was left handed but my tutor would slap my hand so now I'm ambidextros. (spelled wrong. lol)

@Tut: Left handed people are more right-brained, Right handed people are more left-brained...The nervous system is kinda switched when it connects to the brain.

Thanks THoth. I actually looked it up, and that's not necessarily true. Left-brained people tend to be more logical and orderly and stuff like that. Right-brained people tend to be more artsy. But, You are right about the whole Right brain controls left body and left body controls right brain thing. That's why alot of the artists in the world tend to be left handed.

I'm right handed, but I'm more right brained, too.

Everytime I stare and look back, she has changed direction! Dx That, or every 30 seconds of staring, and she will turn around @[email protected]

wow it started off clockwise, but yo i can swear it went counter clockwise, and then back to clockwise. o.o very strange.

Oh man this is a cool thread xDxD
The first time I saw the dancer, before I read the text below, she was spinning counter clockwise. Then I read the text and stared at her again and she was still spinning counter clockwise. Even after around 2 minutes she was spinning counter clockwise even though I desperately wanted her to spin clockwise! After a bit longer she finally suddenly spun clockwise for me and I can't seem to get her to spin counter clockwise now :gonk:
I must find a way to make her spin the way I want her to, I am pretty sure it is possible...

I haven't taken a test to see which side of my brain I use more although since I am right handed the general consensus would be that I use the left side of my brain more.
From what I heard the left side of the brain is more rational while the right side is more creative, but of course that doesn't apply to everyone.

I am going to stare at the dancer right after I post this and see if her direction has changed.

Lulz, I saw nipples xD

And dayum that's weird. She kept changing on me, and it's so hypnotic, I just couldn't stop staring for a while. Thanks so much for getting me addicted to that xD'

Sakura_Madison 03-10-2009 08:43 AM

No problem everyone.

I am glad that test got people thinking a lot.

Somehow I can change it on my own will.

I hope people can find more tests like this.

Will be looking for more of them to see a thread like this.

Xx_jewlzy_xX 03-10-2009 01:36 PM

I see her switching ways every little bit.
Look at me with no life staring at a spinning lady XD

.Jazzed 03-11-2009 11:38 PM

Okay. I guess my right side is broken cause as hard as I try she's turning counter clockwise. She was never clockwise and I can't make her go anyway but country clockwise >.< yet I can use my left hand allot of things I do with my right hand, except writing... So that makes me right handed... and I can't draw, unless stick figures count. Yeah.

Sakura_Madison 03-11-2009 11:58 PM

At least you can draw stick figures, Jazzed.

Just take some practice to get her turning the other way.

.Jazzed 03-12-2009 12:17 AM

Hehe thanks, I'll give it another minute or two but it's not that big a deal. Yeah my stick figure comics are a force to be reckon with at times :P

EDIT

OKAY I figured it out! If you watch her FOOT, it's going clockwise. Now that tha's done, I'm satisfied. :insane:

Mal 03-12-2009 05:16 AM

but we all use both sides of our brain :O

Sakura_Madison 03-12-2009 07:46 AM

@ Jazzed:

Yup that is one way to figure out how to change the direction.

@ Mal:

There are different parts of the brain that we use. Sometimes one side more than the other.
