Hmm. I think I have a stomach of steel. Or that of a rat. I've thrown up 3 times in my life.
But stomach pains. Um, I don't get them.

Hot water bottle. Or just curl up...I find that helps me more than anything, although it does involved setting some time aside. It's hard to do anything when your in a ball somewhere.

Peppermint tea is fabulous for stomach pains, brew it with two teabags for the one mug if you want to make sure of easing the pain, and add a bit of honey.
I'm wondering why lemonade would give you a bad stomach in the first place though, there's not really anything in that that should cause pain. Unless it had some nasty artificial sweetener or something similar in it that your belly took exception to...

Quick, you drank too much acid! Eat something neutral! J/k, I drink a lot of water to flush whatever is making me sick out.

Typically, I take a nap... or take a Tum. Nothing much...
Sometimes tea helps. Sleeping it off is a good tactic, though.

Sometimes carbonation helps so sip pop such as ginger ale or sprite. o:
Otherwise maybe sleep it off.

If I don't have any Pepto on hand, I just ride it out. Taking a short slumber might work. I usually never nap during the day, though. That's cause then i'll have trouble sleeping at night. D:

Tea is great, peppermint or chamomile. For over eating pain I take a nap to sleep it off. but I think that all of this has been said. I say just ride it out. Best of luck with yer tum tum.

Ginger candy, I swear by it. I am prone to stomach aches, I throw up at the drop of a hat. I get so sick of people asking me if I am pregnant, cuz I throw up so often.

I just wait for it to go away. Perhaps I'll drink some water, or eat something if I think that's the issue.
But I get stomachaches all the time. They don't really bother me anymore.

I'll sleep, mostly.
It just depends on what the pain feels like.
